I’m honestly just a guy who keeps getting very lucky and is aware of it at all times.
I spent four years at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, learning from artists and curators while trying not to touch anything I wasn’t supposed to.
One of my longtime dreams was to be a part of the National Geographic Society, and somehow I got to do exactly that, first as an intern and then as a freelancer. I met explorers, inspiring staff, and an incredible group of interns who made the whole thing feel real and surreal at the same time.
Then came PBS KIDS, where I learned that joy is intentional and making things for kids is much harder than it looks.
Now I’m at The Martin Agency, working on national ad campaigns for HERSHEY’S, UPS, GEICO, General Mills, and more, which I still have to read twice to believe.
