About

Walid Al-Tinawi

I make things people actually want to watch. Or read. Or experience. Whatever gets them to stop scrolling for half a second. I’m an editor, producer, and writer who turns ideas into stories that stick.

At the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, I take projects from “what if?” to “holy crap, that’s cool,” making sure every piece looks sharp and hits right. Before that, I interned at National Geographic Live, where I helped bring wild adventures to the stage. Sourcing assets, shaping stories, and making sure nobody accidentally used copyrighted footage of a penguin.

Now, I’m getting a master’s in Branding and Business, figuring out how to make storytelling even more immersive. Whether I’m cutting a video, building a brand, or creating an experience, my goal is simple: make it fun, make it smart, and make it something people actually care about.
